Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 package lite silken tofu (7-8oz depending on package)
1 cup soy milk
lots of fruit of choice (frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and bananas are all good)

Put all in blender, puree, and enjoy! Depending on how much fruit you put in, you can get 2-3 servings. If you put too much tofu in (as I did the first time) and it tastes or smells too tofu-y, you can balance it out with some sugar.

This item is core on Weight Watchers (minus the optional sugar).
